Plattner Verderame, P.C. Named to “Best Law Firms” List Once Again for 2019
Plattner Verderame, P.C. has once again been selected for inclusion on Best Lawyers’® list of “Best Law Firms” for the attorneys’ work in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, in Phoenix, AZ. In order to be eligible for inclusion, a firm must have at least one practicing attorney who was selected for inclusion on the Best Lawyers list for the same year.
Plattner Verderame, P.C. received a Tier 1 ranking for its work. Because of the scoring system Best Lawyers uses to determine honorees, firms are often separated “by small or insignificant differences in overall score.” In order to ensure the rankings are fair, firms are then divided into Tiers, as opposed to numbered sequentially.
There are two categories for Tiers: Metro Tiers, 1-3; and National Tiers, 1-3. A firm is placed into a Metro or National grouping based on many factors, including the availability of data on the firms, as well as the type of specialty the attorneys practice.

Best Lawyers is an independent, peer-reviewed publication. This year, more than 10 million attorneys in 145 practice areas were considered for selection, yet less than 1% were included in the final list. Attorneys cannot nominate themselves, nor can they pay to be included. Being named to the list one year does not guarantee that an attorney will be selected for inclusion the next year.
