- Richard Plattner has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2007, for Personal Injury, Products Liability, and Professional Liability.
- Frank Verderame has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2007, for Personal Injury, Insurance Coverage, and Products Liability. This year, he was also named to Top 50: Arizona Super Lawyers.
- Nick Verderame was named to Super Lawyers for the first time this year. For the past two years, he was named to Rising Stars for Personal Injury.
- Paul E. King was named to Rising Stars for the first time this year, for Personal Injury.

Super Lawyers is an objective rating service that creates an annual list of “outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.” You cannot purchase a place on the list, and selection one year does not guarantee selection the next. Only 5% of all eligible attorneys will be named to the Super Lawyers list for their practice area and region each year, and 2.5% are selected to Rising Stars.
Per Super Lawyers:
Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. Since Super Lawyers is intended to be used as an aid in selecting a lawyer, we limit the lawyer ratings to those who can be hired and retained by the public.
