Social Media Rules after an Injury
A general rule of thumb if you’ve been injured is to stay off social media, for the purposes of you’ve got other sides, generally an insurance company, who is going to be looking for information they can hold against you to prove that you’re not hurt as badly as you actually are.
Our rule, as injury attorneys in Phoenix, is that we tell our clients to stay off social media because you don’t want what you put out on the internet to be misinterpreted by an insurance company in front of a jury.
If you have been injured in a car crash or medical malpractice or anything else, you can reach us at Plattner Verderame, either online or by phone at 602-266-2002.
